Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pretty nice overall. The rooms were very large and luxurious, though at this price, I didn't expect smears on the windows leading to the balcony. They are beautiful, elegant, and functional, with spacious terraces and nice bathrooms. The service went over and above to ensure my stay was special, with excellent staff like Sandrine, Fatima, Jamal, Jerome, Sandra, and Fairuz always discreet but there when needed. The location was absolutely amazing, perfect for taking a break during business trips or enjoying nature walks, though lacking some services and expectations. The dining experience was very good, but not entirely value for money due to spa maintenance work during peak hours. The facilities were nice, offering various services, but there was room for improvement in some areas like cleanliness in certain spaces.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and well-furnished, including a balcony and all the necessary tools we needed. The service was exceptional, with professional and helpful staff making our visit even more enjoyable. The location was absolutely amazing, offering easy access to the Stradivarius Bar and various amenities. The dining experience was very good, although the price was a bit high for what was offered. Overall, a great value for money!
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms, from the simplest double room to the Royale suite, were very comfortable, and the swimming and sport facilities were good. My room, Balcony 305 on the 3rd floor, had a great view and a nice size balcony. The service provided by the reception staff was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating, although they seemed unsure how to direct us with the bikes. The location, nestled in the scenic woodlands of the Chantilly Forest, was stunning and perfect for nature lovers. The dining options were good, but not fantastic with limited cooked-to-order choices and expensive offerings. The facilities were on point.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large, clean, and well-equipped with tea, coffee, minibar, and a safe, offering a touch of royal splendor. However, our rest was interrupted by a very loud coach full of people arriving for a wedding late at night. The service was exceptional, with warm and helpful staff members like Sandrine, Fatima, Jamal, Jerome, Sandra, and Fairuz. The hotel's location in the idyllic forests was stunning and perfect for nature walks, although breakfast ending at 10.00hrs was a bit early for us. The dining experience, while expensive, left much to be desired despite the lavish offerings. Overall, a place of grandeur with a few hiccups.
